For this project, the town of Carquefou (France), asked me to create an animation of their logo for the Mayor’s 2024 Greetings ceremony. The animation had to run continuously as people arrived and settled into the room, so it had to be long enough not to get too bored. Based on the style of the logo, I kept the same style of lines to create small scenes illustrating the city. There’s the main square with its shops and the Church, one of the many parks with the town’s emblematic kiosk to represent the town’s green spirit, which is reflected in its slogan. And last but not least, the banks of the Erdre, where there’s often entertainment and a nautical base.
